I enjoy working with clients throughout life transitions, navigating through the challenging emotions that can come with. I am particularly passionate about working with young adults beginning college, entering the workforce, and gaining independence. I work often with anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as PTSD. I use modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to reframe unhelpful thought patterns when needed, and somatic therapies to connect the mind and the body. I am holistically minded and value taking an approach of the mind, body, and soul all playing important roles in healthcare.
